We rebuild original Mercedes wheel centers into three- and four-piece assemblies, at the width and offset a modern tire actually needs. You keep the design Stuttgart drew. You lose the barrel it was bolted to.

How a wheel is rebuilt

Six operations, and the original never leaves the building.

StripThe wheel is dismantled and stripped to bare metal. Every original center is inspected for cracks, previous welds, and corrosion before anything is spent on it.

AssessIf a center will not make a safe wheel, we say so and stop. Some do not, and no finish hides that.

MachineThe face is machined true and prepared for a new barrel, keeping the original design and the original stud pattern.

BuildNew inner and outer barrels in the width and offset specified for your car, assembled with new hardware throughout.

Seal and finishAssembled, sealed, and finished to the specification agreed before the work started.

VerifyBalanced and pressure tested as a finished assembly. The record stays with the set.

Width, offset, and load specification are confirmed in writing for each commission before work begins. We do not publish a fitment chart, because the right answer depends on your car, your tire, and your suspension — and a chart that is right for most people is wrong for someone.
